This is my editorial illustration for a BBC News article 'Gibbon sings 'door-slamming' tune' about Gibbons using objects in territorial songs. The whole article is here:

Here is an illustration I did for an ABC book where we each got a letter and illustrated a page showing that letter and a corresponding animal. I had A and the animal I chose was an Axolotl.

Tell Tale Heart Illustrations

This is my response to a sequential image project looking at Edgar Allan Poe's 'Tell Tale Heart'. I'm hoping to at some point make an actual book with these illustrations.

First Blog Post and First Years Work

Welcome to my blog! I'm just starting so need to get used to it and I'll probably keep editing things until I get the hang of it. I thought the best way to start would be to show my work from the first year of my illustration degree.

Firstly my work with sets.
I used small wire trees and broken baubles for Christmas cards and below is the puppet theater I designed based on the play 'Rhinoceros'.

I'll post the rest of the work over the next week or so.
